Dr Scott Stephens began his chiropractic career in 1982 at Palmer University — the renowned institution named after the founding chiropractor, D.D. Palmer. After graduating in 1988, he moved to Australia and established practices in Clermont, Middlemount, Dysart, and Moranbah before settling in Emerald. With over 38 years of experience, Dr Scott has devoted his career to caring for patients across the Central Highlands. He continues to travel to Emerald regularly, where he has built lasting relationships with the community he has served for decades.

Dr Roxanne Jennings Payne has over 38 years of chiropractic experience. She brings extensive experience in both manual and low-force adjusting techniques, tailoring her approach to meet the individual needs and comfort levels of each patient. Originally from Adelaide, Dr Roxanne relocated to Emerald and has become a permanent and valued member of the Alive Chiropractic team. Her broad clinical experience and gentle approach make her particularly well-suited to caring for patients who prefer a lower-force style of treatment.
